Tomorrow’s Work began as a project to figure out how to match the skills required in the workplace with the people who need them.
The project was inspired by our belief that, collectively, we do a poor job of recognizing, growing and applying talent. In our research, we found this was caused by a lack of information, affecting the quality of education provided to working age adults, and the contribution we are willing to offer employers in return.
These failures limit development of key workforce skills, cause mismatch of people, skills and jobs, and result in lost productivity and job dissatisfaction.
Today, we are bridging this information gap as a social enterprise, using AI and Big Data to help people grow or make a change in their career.
We aim to develop a workforce that stays competitive with technology, and a labor market that enables people to find their most fulfilling and rewarding work.
